About Us
Icing on the cake is me. I am Steve Davies a self taught baker and cake designer.
It seems like only yesterday that I was sat at a boring 9 to 5 job pushing paper and entering data. I took early retirement, my colleagues named the business and the rest they say is history.
Over 20 Years later icing on the cake and myself have been through many wedding and celebration cakes. Until February 2016 icing on the cake was also a bakery in Hoo village, but I sold the bakery, had a studio built and have since been busy designing and baking.
